• Proven expertise in SAP systems security hardening.
• Strong grasp of SAP security concepts and proficiency with SAP security tools and technologies.
• Ability to monitor for and investigate security breaches, and test for vulnerabilities.
• Maintenance of security posture for enterprise applications, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
• Thorough understanding of the IT industry environment and business needs.
• Excellent comprehension of business processes.

Advantageous Skills Requirements

• Experience with S/4 HANA.
• Proficiency in Jira, Apache, Kafka configuration SAP, Confluence, and Remedy/ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Agile working module.
• Exceptional project and/or program management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications/Experience Required

• 3-4 years+ of SAP Basis experience.
• SAP K3/K4 Certification (advantageous).
• Formal training in SIEM Solution/s ETD (Enterprise Threat Monitor).
• SAP S/4 HANA certification is advantageous.

Role And Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate tasks with relevant teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Ensure systems comply with security standards.
• Manage annual penetration testing exercises.
• Remediate Pentest findings as required.
• Perform security remediation.
• Apply and analyze impact of SAP Security Notes released.
• Provide guidance to projects on SAP Security profile parameters and analysis.
• Evaluate and remediate Pentest findings with Platform Managers.
• Ensure systems adhere to BMW standard software levels.
• Collaborate within a multi-project environment.
• Implement security features and enhancements for SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Support functional teams with security issues and provide solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP Application Security.
• Support audit and compliance activities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
