Role Overview
The Plumber Supervisor is responsible for carrying out day to day maintenance related plumbing works as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
Maintenance Management
- Respond to the maintenance needs and keep management informed.
- Responsible for efficiently completing assigned plumbing duties
- Perform plumbing works as assigned by the supervisor
- Utilise, clean and secure equipment basic hand and power tools.
- Experienced work in construction
- Experienced in new installation 1st fix and final fixed.
- Experience in copper and PVC installations.
- Experience of at least 1 year on galv. Installation with self-threading pipes.
- Ensures compliance with relevant Acts.
- Controls, manages, and governs the processes and systems within the area of accountability to ensure compliance and minimise business risk.
- Identifies training/development needs and pro-actively selects effective solutions to address development gaps.
- Ensures that a personal development plan is developed and implemented.

- N1 - N3 Plumbing Qualification
- Min of 2 years as a plumber with good Technical knowledge
- Problem solving
- Customer Service
- Good communication - Both verbally and in writing
