This is a newly created role. Reporting to the CEO you will be required to lead the HR Team, implementing initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives, whilst ensuring all regulatory compliance needs are met. Due to our client's Equity Score Card, preference will be given to Black Females
Key Result Areas:
- Work with the CEO to develop a vibrant and rewarding company culture aligned with company values
- Develop and implement HR strategies, plans, and programs aligned with company objectives,
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to executive management on HR related matters
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing (attraction), interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programmes
- Manage Employment Equity compliance
- Manage HR-related BBEEE compliance
- Co-ordinate performance management across Functional Teams
- Support career development and training programs across Functional Teams
- Work with Industrial Relations consultants to manage employee relations
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date staff records and reports.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and trends, as well as changes in the regulatory environment, and make recommendations to Executive Management for continuous improvement of HR processes, programs and compliance
