Management of residential walled complexes including sectional titles & HOA we provide consultation, administration & secretarial function to our clients. All areas of financial planning budgets, insurance and investment consultations. Attending AFTER HOURS trustees’ / directors meetings 7 taking of minutes assisting with legislative decisions. Assist with required amendments to conduct / management rules. Advising client to comply to provisions of non-profit companies. Liaising with creditors / debtors and bookkeepers to ensure that all financial matters are kept up to date. Assisting with claim relating matters with insurance brokers.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
The ideal candidate would have 3+ years’ experience in a similar position.Experience of sectional title / home owner’s association management essential.Completed sectional titles scheme management / HOA management courses preferred.Experience in minute taking; Sound financial understanding; Strong numerical & problem solving skills; Planning & organizing of own duties; Good business writing skills; Creative writing skills;Proficient in English; Sound communications skills;Sound interactive interpersonal skills (both verbal & writing)Ability to manage time and stress.
