Excellent opportunity for an experienced Projector Coordinator within the financial advisory space.

The successful incumbent needs to have technical knowledge on the Financial advisory space, as they will be ensuring that financial advisors are always fit and proper and will embark on projects like FICA/FAIS/ERRORS/CASHFLOWS/DEVIATIONS etc It has intensive data integrity /project control.

PURPOSE OF JOB

Overall support and operational functioning in accordance with directives and tasks as required within Practice Management. Projects will be pro-active (especially re Regulatory and Practice Management standards which will be project driven) or reactive when the business requires it. Clients are primarily advisors and assistants but projects could be requested by any BU. Overall support for the execution of tasks. Coordinate projects (ad hoc and ongoing) within any of these business units. This entails maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules to ensure that projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. It implies assessing project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. As such quantity and quality are key elements of the job.

KEY RELATIONSInternally

Advice (advisors and assistants), various departments, Advice Ops teams; Training team; Investment Solutions, Legal, Compliance [URL Removed] External suppliers, Regulator like FSCA, ASISA and the FPI.

Qualification, Accreditation And Experience

Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)

Project Management Courses And Experience (preferred)

COMPUTER COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
