Practice Manager

PRACTICE MANAGER, PRETORIA/JOHANNESBURG

Our client, a group of Radiation Oncologists situated in Johannesburg and Pretoria are seeking to recruit an experienced Practice Manager who will fulfil a managerial role within the group. The successful candidate will need to have a good business acumen, human resource experience and sound financial knowledge. They can be based in either Sandton (Johannesburg) or Pretoria and will need to have their own transport to travel between the various branches.

Responsibilities:

• Attending to the operational requirements of the group
• Human resource administration (approximately 10 admin staff, 3 finance staff and 9 Doctors)
• Various financial functions
• Managerial and leadership duties
• Provide support to various directors
• Ensure a high standard of patient care is upheld

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in the management of medical practices/groups
• BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification is advantageous
• Human Resource Qualification is advantageous
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
• Knowledge of Pastel Accounting and payroll
• Sound Financial knowledge

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday 08h00 17h00
