DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Pre and post Sales Engineer for F5 is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers and partners in the Cyber Security Industry. This includes working closely with sales team to identify customer needs, providing product demonstrations and presentations as well as POCs and supporting the implementation of the solutions.
As the Pre and post sales Engineer, you will:
- Attend meetings with sales team to identify customer pain points and possible cross sell opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers and partners, highlighting the technical value proposition of the companys products.
- Support implementation of security solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and sales collateral such as product data sheets, case studies and whitepapers.
- Build Billing of Material (BOMs) based on customer requirements.
The ideal Pre and post sales Engineer:
- At least 3 5 years of experience in cyber security or Network / infrastructure field
- Strong understanding of cyber security solutions such as firewalls, IPS/IDS, SIEM etc.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certifications in F5 and other Cyber Security a plus (F5, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint etc)
- Network experience and qualifications a plus (CCNA or equivalent)
