As part of the busy global Marketing team within Ninety One, the presentations specialists within Creative Services help develop a wide selection of marketing collateral for the firm. Our presentations team work closely with key business stakeholders to produce stunning marketing material, bringing creativity, accuracy and professionalism to expressing the Ninety One brand, alongside a keen sense of commercial awareness.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for maintaining master presentations and providing ad hoc PowerPoint assistance; ongoing creation, formatting, maintenance and updating of content.
- As a representative and guardian of our corporate style, work with our Brand team to ensure corporate style is effectively represented in all material.
- Develop new slides from drafts / briefs, converting content into our branded PowerPoint templates and working with the slide masters to ensure appropriate, high quality formatting for onscreen and printed use.
- Prepare charts and tables, working with the Investment and Performance teams to source data and produce financial documentation which is fully accurate at all times.
- Work with Technical Marketing to ensure all documents are Compliance approved prior to distribution.
- Take ownership of monthly / quarterly updates of recurring pieces of Marketing collateral, updating data points and working with stakeholders to refresh content.
- Work within our CRM - Seismic - both to publish final signed-off documents and maintain the dynamic PPT files within which provide automated data to the team.
- Bachelors degree / related qualification
- 2-5 years experience (financial services preferred)
- Expert PowerPoint skills, with experience working with slide masters in branded templates
- Broad MS Office knowledge across Excel and Word
- Experience of formatting documents to corporate style
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, comfortable working to tight deadlines and confident asking questions
- Strong communication and relationship skills, diligence and a high attention to detail
