- Preparation, teaching, examining, administrative and other duties as required by the Head of Department
- Produce, file and distribute course notes, worksheets and summaries according to policies and procedures;
- In addition, lecturers are expected to:
- carry out all functions and duties as are from time to time assigned to them and as are reasonable or lawful;
- obey and comply with all lawful and reasonable instructions given to them by Head of Department
- be loyal to the company, assist the management of the company and promote the business and reputation of the company;
- behave decorously at all times, whether during hours of work or after hours, in order to protect the company's reputation as an educational institution and so as not, by association, to bring the company's name into disrepute;
- immediately inform the company of any changes of status or circumstances such as change of address, marital status, dependents, qualifications etc;
- take proper care of any company property placed in their possession or custody from time to time and return such property promptly when expected or requested to do so by the company;
- participate meaningfully in the company's system of evaluating lecturers;
- ensure that any academic material is only distributed to registered students of the company
Minimum qualification
- Degree or appropriate qualification. One level higher than that which he/she will be teaching.
- Relevant lecturing experience
- Necessary knowledge of FET /HET practices and processes, as appropriate
