Pretoria East: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (TRANSFERS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans & English
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 4 years recent experience in attending to Transfers at a law firm a must (Key Requirement – NOT negotiable)
-Development Transfers experience preferred
-Fully independently functional (including finance on transfers)
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey a must
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting of Transfers documents and all related functions (fully independently)
-Handling finance on transfers matters
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
