Pretoria North: JUNIOR NIGHT SHIFT SECURITY SUPERVISOR
Minimum Requirements:
-Afrikaans speaking male preferably aged approximately 30 – 45 years
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (Afrikaans and English must be your first and second languages)
-Minimum 2 years management experience in security industry
-Grade C PSIRA Registered
-Firearm competent
-Valid driver’s license
-Stable employment record
-Reliable and trustworthy
-To start as soon as possible
Work Hours:
Approximately 25 shifts per month, from 18h00pm – 06h00am, off every second weekend.
Duties:
-Supervision and management of guards in Klerksoord, Rosslyn and Akasia areas
-Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of manpower operatives in the field
-Coordinates team's activities
-Scheduling shifts
-Ensure that all security operations run smoothly and effectively
-Ensure all officers have reported to work and are assigned duties
-Inspect team to ensure they are wearing their uniforms properly and have all of their equipment
-Brief security team at the beginning of new shift to update them on developments since the last shift and share information about any security concerns.
Salary: R 8 000.00 gross (Not Negotiable)
