Kontak Recruitment is sourcing a certified Printer Technician with experience working with Konica Minolta printers to join an established IT support company based in the South of Johannesburg. Our client is a medium sized organization with excellent staff retention.
Applicants will be required to have a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle for consideration.
Minimum Requirements:
- Own vehicle
- Training received via Konica Minolta SA and/or Mplus Cornerstone
- Certification in the following:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of printers
- Liaise with Service Coordinator to order parts
- Installation and configuration of new printers
- Identify and resolve any technical issues
- Provide a professional customer service
- Record all customer interactions via provided application
