TutorElite is the industry leading provider of elite private tutoring to High School and University students in the Stellenbosch area. Our tutors are individually interviewed and trained, with a minimum Cum Laude (+75%) requirement. We provide tuition in both English and Afrikaans.
Role Description
This is a full-time Tutor role at TutorElite. As a Tutor, your day-to-day tasks will include providing one-on-one private tutoring sessions to High School and University students. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering personalized lesson plans, assessing student progress, and enhancing their academic performance. This is a hybrid role, with the main work location in Cape Town but with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in relevant subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in tutoring or teaching
- Ability to connect with students and create a positive learning environment
- Patience and adaptability
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans is a plus
