Reporting to the Senior Process Engineer, you will provide vital process engineering and project support while continuously enhancing existing processes and procedures within your expertise.

This role requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering (NQF 7) and up to 5 years of experience in experience in production, operations, or process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, ERP systems, and job-specific software is essential, along with knowledge of production processes, PLCs, HMIs, control systems, embedded devices, programming languages (C/C++, C#, Python), electronic design tools (Multisim, Ultiboard, MATLAB), and databases (SQL).

Key responsibilities include conducting research and development of technical solutions, managing R&D and production projects, troubleshooting factory breakdowns, and conducting feasibility studies and statistical analysis to enhance production processes.

You will design, program, and maintain embedded systems and control systems while ensuring all projects are compliant with departmental policies.

The role also involves active participation in risk management, compliance monitoring, and customer service management, ensuring timely communication and stakeholder satisfaction.

Additionally, you will contribute to cost control by participating in budget preparation and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
