A company, specialising in luxury kitchen manufacturing located in Linbro Park, is seeking an experienced and focused Procurement Manager to join their team.
Job Purpose
The Procurement Manager would be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships and managing the Procurement team.
Education And Qualification Requirements
Minimum education (essential)
- National Senior Certificate
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-8 years
- Procurement in a manufacturing environment

- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- MS Excel (Intermediate)
- Integrated procurement software

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
- Valid drivers license and road worthy vehicle.
- Working hours: 07:00-16:15, Monday to Friday.
- Manage supplier relations and maintain strong partnerships.
- Monitor and optimize delivery timelines from warehouses to manufacturing plants or job sites.
- Recruit, train, and supervise purchasing staff members.
- Formulate cost-effective strategies for material procurement.
- Establish and implement risk management protocols to minimize potential losses.
- Oversee a dedicated purchasing team and assign responsibilities accordingly.
- Efficiently manage inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with the finance department to align procurement goals with financial objectives.
