A large international brand, within the restaurant industry is looking for a procurement manager at HO level to procure across multiple products for multiple brands.
Job responsibilities:
- Total supply chain responsibility.
- Negotiations.
- Capability assessments and performance assessments.
- Daily forecasting, stock management.
- Operational support related to procurement matters.
- Tracking and publishing of commodities.
- Budgets.
- Expense and revenue control.
Job requirements:
- Besides having the skill set for the role you must possess excellent people skills.
- Matric certificate.
- 5 years experience in high level procurement negotiations.
- Restaurant background essential.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Valid driver, own transport.
- Must be objective, structured process driven, customer focused, self motivated and disciplined.
- Work well under pressure.
- Commercial background with at least 5 years in a related role within the restaurant industry.
