Product Designer

We are a small but strong team of 60+ people (and growing) hyper-focussed on delivering a world-class platform and unparalleled service with our industry-leading partnerships. To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Product Designers to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in designing effective and intuitive interfaces by understanding stakeholder needs, conducting research, and translating insights into design that our customers will love to use. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, mockups, and designs, developing prototypes, testing them with our customers, defining optimal navigation and interactions, ensuring design consistency with branding, usability, accessibility, and performance requirements.

What you'll be doing:
  • User and Business Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct research and analyze user and business needs to create effective interfaces
  • Gather and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audience
  • Wireframing, Layout, and Design:
  • Create wireframes, layouts, and designs that meet user requirements and business goals
  • Adapt designs for various devices and screen sizes
  • Ensure design adherence to UX/UI principles and best practices
  • Prototyping and User Testing:
  • Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts with users
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs
  • Analyze user data and incorporate insights into design iterations
  • Navigation and Interaction Design:
  • Define optimal navigation flows and interactions for websites and applications
  • Ensure seamless user experiences by considering information architecture and user journeys
  • Design Consistency and Technical Requirements:
  • Maintain design consistency and adhere to technical requirements during the development process
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
What youll need:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and successful projects
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools. Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to create high-quality user interfaces
  • Device Adaptation and Trends: Experience in adapting designs for various devices. Knowledge of UX/UI design trends and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field
  • User Research and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including conducting user research and analyzing data. Ability to gather insights and apply them to design solutions
How youll work:
  • English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above is a must
  • Adept at cross-cultural communication: Being a completely remote company, we work with people from different cultures across different time zones. You will need to have a strong aptitude for proactive cross-cultural communication
  • Systematic and Strong Time Management: We have lots to achieve together as a team, and at times, you will need to be able to manage your time and priorities for yourself and by yourself
  • Knack for Design Thinking: Our customers are at the heart of what we do. You will be expected to have a strong and empathetic approach to design thinking to deliver a stellar experience that our customers love to use
  • Hyperlogical Problem-Solving: Were moving and growing at a fast pace, and that means being involved in solving complex problems. You will need to demonstrate a strong knack for first principles, a hyper-logical approach to solving problems and cutting through complexity
