- Develop and maintain product formula, aligned with Pepsico & regulatory requirements and WWP, as well as formulation costings in collaboration with finance business partners (executing actions)

- To conduct and deliver technical research and trials, and timely reporting to key stakeholders against the set objectives (executing actions)
- Raw material sourcing, approving, material qualification and specification approval, with cross-functional collaboration (SQA, BC, GP, etc) (executing actions)
- Conduct sensory evaluations aligned with business objectives and SCPI guidelines, as applicable (executing actions)
- Control change management (executing actions)
- Coordinate nutritional, micro-biological and other relevant analyses, and reporting to relevant stakeholders and required actioning accordingly (executing actions)
- Support TSG process, technical data collection and document preparation (executing actions)
- Support factory, supply chain and TDC, as required and relevant (providing consultation / executing actions)
- Strong analytical skills the ability to interpret complex data and distill into useful and actionable information

- Cross functional interface is primarily with Supply Chain, Commercialization, Marketing, Finance and other R&D functions
- SAP knowledge and skills an advantage (working with recipes, formulas and ING codes, costings etc.)
- Good computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technical platforms
- Degree or Diploma in Food Science or Food Technology or related technical functions; good knowledge about R&D vision, methodologies and tools
- 1 year experience would be advantagious
- Good communication skills, technical skills, planning and reporting skills (written and presentation) as well as good negotiation skills
- Disciplined filing and record keeping systems (to align and/or improve current document process)
