Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you are both a hunter, a farmer, a techie and a people person. Essentially, youre the all-rounder that can take a product line and grow it from the ground up. You have an energetic personality and understand what it takes for a team to win. You are a self-driven and motivated individual who wants to expand your career with a fast-growing technology solutions provider. Your ability to demonstrate any or all of the following is key:
- a successful track record in selling SaaS or technology solutions to brands and/or agencies, and/or
- a history of solutions consulting for technology companies to enterprise brands and/or agencies, and/or
- a successful history of using similar products as listed below, in your day-to-day operations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- You have been a super-user or implementation specialist on any of the technology types listed above
- the alternative is experience in selling, supporting or marketing software solutions, software solutions consulting and/or Key Account Management
- The ability to pitch and present complex business solutions to the C-Suite of enterprise organisations
- The ability to consult with enterprise organisations and solve complex customer experience problems through the combination of technology and services
- Experience in working within CRM, CX, UX, technology consultancies, digital agencies or other marketing solutions environments essential
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams in sales, pre-sales, client services and marketing
- Industry-related experience to recognize the influencers, decision-makers and other stakeholders in the client organisation and articulate our value propositions to align with business objectives
- Manage partner relationships and ensure that YOUKNOW is well-represented
- Expand the brand of our products to our markets in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to promote product offerings to our database
- Run regular networking events to showcase your products
- Build business relationships, network and drive the adoption of your product stable in the market, with the view to generating leads and opportunities on a quarterly basis
- Consult with all inbound leads to see whether your product set, or potentially any other within YOUKNOW, may solve their requirements
- Drive the conversion of leads to closed sales through a consultative, solutions-driven approach. We're looking for problem-solvers, not salespeople
- Work with other account managers and sales team at YOUKNOW to cross-sell your product portfolio to existing clients and opportunities
- Be responsible for a successful handover of all aspects of the deal post-sale to the Customer Success team, which will follow with training, onboarding and after-sale support
- As you grow your market share, recruit and hire team members, as required, to assist with sales and support - based on your product lines revenue achievements and client requirements
