Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the CRM and Salesforce platforms, aligning with the bank's strategic goals and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and drive product differentiation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to gather business requirements and understand user needs.
- Create comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide the development and engineering teams.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new CRM and Salesforce features and updates.
- Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, business impact, and resource constraints.
- Champion the customer's perspective in the development process, focusing on delivering an exceptional user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve product usability and functionality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify tools and features that enhance their efficiency and effectiveness in customer engagement and sales processes.
- Implement salesforce automation processes and features to optimize sales performance.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CRM and Salesforce initiatives.
- Regularly analyze product performance data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure that the CRM and Salesforce platforms adhere to all regulatory requirements and security standards.
- Relevant degree or diploma or certifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on CRM and Salesforce solutions within the banking industry.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and their integration within banking operations.
- Familiarity with salesforce automation tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the banking industry, customer journey, and sales processes.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into product strategies.
