- Degree in Polymer Science/equivalent
- Technical knowledge essential
- Formulation experience
- Raw Materials knowledge
- Have experience with raw materials/engineering plastics
- Operational skills within a multinational company advantageous
- Good negotiation & communication skills
- Ability to deal with suppliers
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
