Job Summary

Responsible for Non-Life Insurance products, develop and achieve business plan, portfolio management, planning, management and monitoring of product performance, implementation of portfolio remediation, product development activities and processes in order to achieve product growth and profitability. Incumbent is also responsible for operational efficiency, resolution of market conduct issues, stakeholder relationship management, training and support of the sales distribution team and personal development.

Job Description

Minimum Experience Requirements: 8yrs

Preferably: Business related qualification

Non-Life insurance background essential

Experience in Bancassurance advantageous

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
