Responsibilities:
Help develop and implement product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.

Develop product pricing and positioning strategies to maximize profitability.
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product line strategy and effective messaging.
Translate customer needs into product functionalities, working closely with development teams.
Collaborate with leadership to plan the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
Convert ideas into prototypes and demonstrate them to key stakeholders.
Work closely with sourcing teams to deliver products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
Act as an owner for the success of your product, driving initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.
Oversee the development of product modifications relevant to market demands and packaging strategies.
Lead market analysis and strategy development, including point-of-sale (POS) strategies and customer-facing marketing initiatives.
Engaging with factories to ensure product quality, pricing optimization, and profitability growth.
Lead and manage a team of product developers to execute on the product roadmap and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of proven work experience in product management or similar roles, preferably with experience in delivering consumer electronics or related products.
- Experience within the retail space is highly desirable.
- Advanced level skills in MS Suite with advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis.
- Proven track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a friendly and collaborative demeanour.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
