About The Commercial Team
The Commercial Department at Yoco is the acquisition and revenue engine of Yoco, our team works at the intersection of where Yocos technology meets the real world. We are responsible for growing the Yoco brand both inside and outside our company walls.
The role will report to the Head of Marketing Operations.
About The Role
As the Platform (Website & Martech) Lead you will oversee our website, e-commerce platforms, and Martech strategy. You will work closely with the Content Lead and CRO Specialist to build strategies and tactics to increase, improve conversion rates, enhance customer satisfaction and ultimately deliver an industry-leading digital experience for existing and prospective Yoco customers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop strategies to optimize the performance of Yocos website, and e-commerce platforms resulting in an increase in conversion and sales.
- Identify and implement the best technology solutions to facilitate Yocos commercial growth strategy.
- Design and execute on roadmaps associated with platform strategies and business needs
- Identify and execute AB tests and experiments to improve KPIs, revenue, and overall customer experience.
- Monitor web analytics and internal data sources
- Collaborate with teams across the business and manage 3rd party agencies and suppliers
- Be responsible for the day-to-day running, managing and optimising of the Yoco website and ecommerce platform
- Work closely with the Content Lead to combine technical, operational and creative skills to deliver the best possible customer experience
- 5+ years of experience in website, e-commerce management and Martech
- Strong technical knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of e-commerce management and Martech best practices and trends
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as email, social media, and PPC advertising
- Understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
