Your Role at impact.com:

Join our team as a Product Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience in system synchronization, project management, and data consolidation. In this role, you will help synchronize and integrate systems to ensure seamless PLG (Product-Led Growth) team operations. You will assist the Product Operations Specialist with daily tasks and ongoing projects, maintain and organize the PLG Confluence Space, manage and track tasks on the PLG JIRA board, and consolidate data to prepare reports for the Monthly Business Review. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to key operational processes within our team.

What you'll do:
  • System Synchronization: Help synchronize and integrate different systems used by the PLG team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support Product Operations Specialist: Assist the Product Operations Specialist with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects.
  • PLG Confluence Space Maintenance: Maintain and continue to build the PLG Confluence Space, ensuring it is up-to-date and well-organized.
  • PLG JIRA Board Maintenance: Manage and maintain the PLG JIRA board, ensuring tasks are tracked and progress is monitored.
  • Monthly Business Review Consolidation: Assist in consolidating data and preparing reports for the Monthly Business Review.
What You Have:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Slides, Forms, Docs).
  • Familiarity with project management is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA is advantageous
