Are you looking for a great opportunity? Asa Product Specialist in Advanced Surgery at Baxter Healthcare Corporation is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in the field of Sales. As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and implementing effective strategies to drive sales volume, customer growth, and customer satisfaction for our medical products in your assigned geographical area.
Your Essential Duties and responsibilities will be:
  • Achieve revenue, sales, profit, qualitative objectives, and targets for the assigned therapies and medical products within your own geographical or business area.

  • Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers. By providing world-class customer service and support, you will establish yourself as a trusted partner and collaborator.

  • Develop and implement targeted account plans in alignment with Baxter's commercial policies.

  • Plan and prepare for each customer visit to ensure a detailed understanding of their requirements. This will enable you to propose customized solutions that benefit both the customer and Baxter.

  • Effectively communicate all relevant information about Baxter's product portfolio and its benefits to existing and potential customers.

  • Proactively acquire new customers to expand Baxter's market reach and increase sales opportunities.

  • Collect and maintain accurate sales and customer data to supervise progress and inform decision-making.

  • Collaborate with other sales representatives and line management to share market intelligence and competitor activities.

  • Maintain a strong presence and cultivate relationships with both existing and target customers.

  • Address customer complaints promptly and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.

  • Take an active role in congresses and other customer events to demonstrate Baxter's products and connect with important individuals.

  • Provide comprehensive customer training and support to both Distributor and Hospital staff when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Consistent track record of success in sales, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographical area
