- Follow-up (expediting) of audits and orders
- Support Bathopele on Epiroc contractual equipment
- Complete documentation (Legal and Safety) as required by the Customer and Contract Manager
- Attend meetings as required.
- Conduct audits on Epiroc equipment as required
- Fault Finding and trouble shooting.
- Technical assistance and coaching.
- Assess Technician and operator practices and submit reports.
- Conduct operator and maintenance training as and when required.
- Service schedules for all vehicles in your area in cooperation with the planner
- Build strong relationships with our customers
- Participate and initiate ongoing Productivity and efficiency improvement projects with Epiroc working environment.
- Communications within different departments
- Assist Planner and Contract Manager with stock keeping and stock level management.
- Enforce and practice Epiroc procedures and policies
- Total Epiroc Product support regarding Maintenance and Performance functions
- Training and coaching
- Pre-delivery service, some in workshop and on site
- Commissioning of equipment - surface and underground
- Reports on all Epiroc machines within area of responsibility
- Customer interaction
- Customer activity/prospects
- Customer sales
- Promotion of Epiroc services and products
- Communication with the Contract Manager, on an ongoing basis, of your movements
- Mechanical & Elecrtrical background
- Excellent product knowledge
- Product knowledge on the following will be an advantage - RCS systems, Hydraulic experience, 24V Electrical experience
- Willingness and ability to do ongoing self training
- Computer literacy
- Good customer relations
- Good telephone manners and skills
- Interpersonal skills to work with customers and suppliers and to work as part of the Product Support team
- Be able to work independently without supervision
- ETDP qualifications preferential
- Educational Qualification: Millwright (Trade Test)
- Be presentable to customers in grooming and dress code
- Good Communication Skills
- Must be fit for underground, no criminal record
