Product Support Specialist
Job responsibilities:
- Flawless bulk email deployment on basic outbound campaigns (if and when required)
- Product/System training (new and existing self-service clients)
- Investigate and analyse support calls relating to the tool/product
- Resolve support calls where possible and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow up with clients to ensure resolved calls have been completed as required
- Ensure correct processes are followed for data extracts including. maintaining and updating data extract schedules
- Produce reports based on analysis (if and when required)
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Maintaining awareness of email marketing trends/technologies, best practices
- Informing fellow employees of changes or new features on the platform
- Experience in software support and digital marketing preferable.
