Who Will You Report Into?
Hello, my name is Charlotte Miley, Head of Video Creative and I need your help. I joined TNT to increase the creative quality of the ads that our large team of writers and video editors produce for our clients. Our agency has really hit its stride and is becoming a leader in performance marketing. We want to grow past our $100M of annual client spend by increasing the efficiency and creative impact of the ads that are tested for our clients. Thats where you come in.
We need to bring on a data driven, highly organized production coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly from our copywriters to our creative producers to our video editors and everything in between. We produce over 400 pieces of video creative weekly a number that grows significantly each month. Our clients depend on us to deliver quality creative on time. Youll make an immediate impact by removing the administrative burden thats currently shared by our video editors, writers, and producers. That wins them back time to produce more videos at higher quality and help our clients hit their goals more easily.

Whats the Ideal Candidates Background?
The ideal candidate comes from a video background, and knows the technical details of pre-production, production and post-production. Youve successfully managed a high volume of creative before in a fast-paced environment and have delivered assets with high quality.

Youve got incredible attention to detail, are meticulous with everything you do and have a reputation for being extraordinarily reliable.

Whats It Like Working at TNT?
Weve structured our creative team into various cells wherein junior and senior editors and writers work together on particular client creative assets. Everyone on the creative team marches to the beat of the same drum, focused on the single goal of helping clients hit their spend and ROAS targets.

What Will You Be Responsible for?
Youll be responsible for ensuring all of the administrative details for our video creative production process are taken care of. For example, all scripts, links, naming conventions, references, footage, and instructions are complete. All tickets from our creative producers are entered into the system and assigned appropriately to video editors and writers. All time estimates are realistic. Most importantly, you will be responsible for making sure all assets are delivered on time and on spec.

How Will Your Time Be Spent?
While any given week can vary based on client demands, heres roughly how it shakes out:

• 20% performing quality control on video assets
• 10% ensuring technical specifications are adhered to
• 30% project managing all creative deliveries to ensure theyre on time
• 40% coordinating, taking notes on calls, entering and assigning tickets, including negotiation of deadlines

Requirements

• 2+ Years Video Production Experience In an agency environment as a coordinator or assistant editor, exposed to all facets of video production
• Project Management Software - At least 2 years using PM software such as ClickUp, Monday, Wrike, Asana, etc. (We use ClickUp)
• Fluent English You can both speak and write fluently in English
• Meticulously Organized You have a knack for organizing, easily sorting through complex details, ensuring everything is in the right place
• Consistent and Reliable Youve gained a reputation as someone others can count on to get the job done when time is tight and there's lots to manage
• Excellent Project Manager Adept at managing multiple streams of work simultaneously, communicating clearly to the team and assigning tasks resourcefully
• Ownership Mindset Takes extreme pride in submitting high-quality work thats on time, on spec, been double-checked, meetings all compliance guidelines, etc.
