Manager: Production Engineering Manager

Mission of the Function: The Production Engineer (PE) is responsible for designing and programming electronic PC based test equipment.

• Product Design Input
• Test Equipment Design and Development
• Systems and software development
• Process Design and Development
• Planning and Project Management
• Factory/Sub-contractor/ Repairs Support

Qualifications: Minimum: B Tech Electrical Engineering light current

Desired: BSC Electrical Engineering (light current focus)

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Electrical Engineering product design and development
• LabView programming as well as SQL, MS Access experience an advantage
• Experience in a production facility
• Experienced in test equipment design, construction and testing.
• Design, fault finding and repair experience
• Project Experience would be an advantage

Leadership Experience:

• Demonstrated experience of leading a team.

Intercultural Experience:

• Demonstrated experience of working effectively in a multi-cultural environment

Monthly Cost to company negotiable depending on Experience: R50, 000.00 to R69, 000.00
