Hire Resolve's client, a reputable mining company based in the Northern Cape, is currently seeking a Production Fleet Systems Superintendent to join their mining team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal utilization of the production fleet, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
- Develop and implement fleet management strategies and procedures to optimize efficiencies
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production planning and fleet optimization
- Lead and develop a team of fleet maintenance technicians
- Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering/Geology/Mine Surveying
- Supervisory Certificate
- 5 years' experience in production management/fleet management systems
- Practical experience with SQL, Visual Basic, or a similar coding language.
- 2 years' operational experience with ERP systems, including a background in data structures.
- Experience in a supervisory or project management role, such as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Project Leader.
- Salary: Negotiable
