Restaurant & catering company is looking for a General Manager for their central production kitchen in Sandton. Successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the complete central kitchen operation and will report to directors. Experience in food production management essential. Ideal for a kitchen manager chef candidate with very strong operations management abilities. Main duties will include staff, stock, logistics management as well as quality and quantity control. Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure. also have very good staff and stock management skills.
