The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure that production targets are met.
- Oversee the production process to ensure that it is running efficiently.
- Manage a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Work with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure that production runs smoothly and that there are no delays or issues.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that the end product meets the required standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to ensure that there are no shortages of raw materials.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed in the factory.
- B Degree Engineering (Mechanical)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery will be an advantage.
- Min of 4 Years experience
