The role of the Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for introducing new products or services and enhanced products or services to the external marketplace. They also ensure that the Sales and GTM functions are informed, trained and enabled to sell the product. The Production Manager position is a mid-level position in the Demand Gen Hub.
This individual plays an essential role in the end-to-end success of delivering a world-class client experience to ensure stakeholders feel valued and always informed. He/she will ensure optimal workflow and the successful delivery of quality brand aligned creative assets.
Focus Areas and Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder service - maintaining a high-level of Stakeholder Service and performance by the hub and show a real interest in requests and campaign prioritization.
- Operational processes strictly adhere to all operational processes including tracking and consolidating of projects, management and updating of systems
- Production - brief production elements in for production timeously and set realistic timelines and check that production quality is of the expected standard.
- Perform all administration functions related to stakeholder requests.
- Communicate timelines with stakeholders for briefed in jobs.
- Conduct status meetings with stakeholders who run campaigns/multiple production jobs (weekly/bi-weekly)
- Ensure the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure budget goals are achieved
- Provide leadership/motivation and conveys the vision and values of the hub to stakeholders.
- Possess Production management knowledge.
- Demonstrate an understanding and application of creative agency processes and assets
- Display knowledge of business and project processes, structures and controls

- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communication or relevant field
- Project Management Diploma
- 5 10 years experience
- Agency experience Advantageous
- Brand re-branding experience Advantageous.
- Experience in a product marketing role preferably in the high-tech industry
- Experience in launching new high-tech products and communicating benefits
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and executing on marketing
- Experience working with ICT solutions
- Proven Project Management experience
- Experience in software or technology B2B product marketing
- Experience launching new technology products or solutions
- Experience in conducting market analysis, developing market messaging, and communicating benefits
