Are you an experienced Production Manager looking for a promising new challenge? Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer in the Western Cape, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Production Manager. You should bring a relevant Bachelors degree qualification (production management, engineering) and at least 5 years experience in production. Additionally, 2 years leadership experience with a strong production background is essential!

In this role, youll be responsible for the effective management and co-ordination of production principles, compliance with health, safety and quality requirements and staff motivation. You will ensure the cost-effective flow of products and the optimisation of productivity and packing quality. We need someone with excellent management experience and exceptional people skills.
