Your Key Responsibilities
- Formulate daily, weekly and monthly production schedules for assembly lines.
- Monitor and report on production schedules/plans vs actual outputs.
- Monitor and analyse backlog orders and expedite shortages with Procurement.
- Support Production Planners with production order and master data maintenance in SAP.
- Reporting on Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators.
- Review and update Supply Chain Value Stream Maps.
- National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or similar.
- Excellent Supply Chain process knowledge (material handling, production scheduling, demand planning, transportation, and distribution).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
