Production Supervisor - Wine Industry

Hire Resolve client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our client in the wine industry. Our client is a well-established wine company known for their high-quality products. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the production team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as the cellar and bottling teams, to ensure seamless production flow.
• Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in the wine industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of wine production processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality standards in the wine industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
