Production Supervisor

Our client is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join the East London team

• Managing production staff
• Dealing with production data, admin and ensuring accuracy.
• Establish the budget for mould expenses and equipment including the control of consumable costs.
• Controlling spares usage and costs.
• Partnering with Quality to ensure the correct standards in accordance with ISO quality system are maintained.
• Overseeing and assisting with training of all Production staff
• Working with Quality to ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures.
• Ensuring Proper housekeeping

Requirements

• Grade 12
• N3 qualification minimum, N4 or higher preferred
• Minimum 3 5 years experience in a plastics manufacturing environment
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Valid drivers license and own transport essential
