Key Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Strategic Client Solutions Hub and New Markets Team, alongside the current Professional Assistant in a dynamic and exciting environment, focused on growth. This person will play a key role in managing a range of administrative and organisational responsibilities, whilst engaging a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. The role forms part of a tight knit team working together to create new assets for the business. Weare lookin g people with the right skill set, as well as an entrepreneurial and resilient mindset!
Areas Of Responsibility May Include But Not Limited To
Executive Assistant Support
Diary Management
Meeting management: Room bookings, preparation of Agendas, taking accurate minutes, following up on matters arising and timeous distribution of documentation.
Coordinating internal and external meetings, including partnering with marketing to plan larger key client events.
Engaging with senior Executives at client and other external partner companies as needed
Arranging local travel as required
Reimbursements as well as any additional ad-hoc support where needed
Administrative Support
Compiling reports or presentations in a professional manner
Managing the CRM system for the Strategic Client Solutions Hub team; including executive dashboard management, logging of client contacts, engagements & opportunities; as well as partnering with support team on development requests and technical support
Assist with the coordination of the RFP processes to support new business generation
Documentation of SOPs, processes, business continuity requirements and other key business requirements
Building a strong network across the Discovery Group to inform how best to navigate complex client queries and support client-facing members of the teams
Assisting with on-boarding, off-boarding and asset management
Support With Additional Requirements And Projects That Arise

Education and Experience
Matric and a tertiary qualification is preferable
3-5 years working experience as a PA, office/project administrator or functional coordinator supporting a senior team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Presents a professional image.
Proficient in MS office at an advanced level (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
