Are you a registered Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist (HPCSA) with a Bachelors degree and experience within talent management in a customer facing role, perhaps in training related or working with HR insights and processes, organisation behaviour and development? If so, SHL South Africa is currently seeking a Professional Services Associate Consultant an exciting role providing you with the opportunity to use your technical experience as a psychologist or psychometrist for in a customer delivery role.

What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering quality talent project components, driven by ethical standards, according to the set standard and scope.
• Maintain a level of professionalism and business acumen to engage effectively with customers as well as deliver consistent quality according to a standard methodology.
• Continuously develop a level of professionalism and business acumen to engage effectively with customers.
• Monitor individual projects for profitability and efficiency in order to identify opportunities for continuous business improvement.
• Maintain the integrity of the overall solutions, handling any escalations and being involved in re-scoping if required.
• Accurately and consistently attend to administration and record-keeping.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure knowledge share across the business.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while delivering talent solutions.

Essential

What we are looking for from you:

• Bachelors degree and be a registered Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist with the HPCSA.
• Experience within talent management/measurement
• Possess talent management knowledge and experience working with HR insights and processes, organisational behaviour and development.
• Good knowledge of psychometric principles and best practice

Desirable:

• Experience as a client facing consultant and having presented and facilitated training courses
• Data analytics skills
• A persuasive and credible networker - with skills to develop existing opportunities and leverage new ones
