This post is a full-time position. Programme Coordinator is responsible for all activities of the campus that is associated with Part time programmes.
Education:
B Tech or Degree
Implementation of policies and coordinate relevant programmes with lecturers.
Daily, weekly and monthly reportings and spreadsheets
Qualified lecturer
Faciltiator, assessor and moderator registered with constituent SETA
Experience:
Manage day to day activities in line with responsibilities
Research methodology
Conduct workshops as well as lecturer
Ability to implement policies and provide feedback to supervisor
In tertiary environment
Excellent administrative skills
Coordinator development
Design of relevant workshops
Assist in compiling student data
Assist with audit reports
Promotes quality assurance and other services
Conduct orientation for new students and staff
Coordinate leadership
Participate in the monitoring, evaluation and development of modules and curriculum
Research
Implement policies
Update staff status on ICAS
Ensure POEs and EL contracts are fully in order and filed appropriately
Promote information and research through displays
Student records and results monitoring
Participate in student registration process
Academic monitoring, including student attendance on ICAS and maintenance of student records in consultation with the faculty administrative staff
Participation in examination certification and promotion of learners
