Programme Manager Port Elizabeth (Education Sector)
Our client within the Tertiary Education Sector is currently in search of an experienced Programme Manager for a division in Port Elizabeth campus
Must have the following qualifications / experience:
Matric
Minimum of a B.Ed Honours Degree in Education or M.Ed in Education
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Education sector
Relevant industry experience in Education
Lecturing or teaching experience preferable
Areas of expertise/experience:
Organisational development
Financial management
Human resource management
Line management
Recruitment
Administration
Academic management and support
Contribution to scholarship and communities of practice
Use of technology
Performance (results, attendance and throughput rates)
Teaching responsibilities
Communication with the head of school of education
Strengthening and building relationships with industry
Need to be trained on the Sam reports and Cams environment
Salary package: Market related CTC offered
