The Transformation Management Office, led by David North, has supported the Executive team in building the Ekuseni Strategy and is responsible for centrally driving and tracking its delivery. This is done through owning some pieces of the Strategy, as well as through supporting other teams in delivering their Ekuseni objectives.
We are looking to build a strong central programme and project management capability to both drive TMO-led projects, as well as support the rest of the Executive in driving the delivery of their projects where project management is needed. Successful candidates will sit in the TMO and work closely with the rest of the TMO and the Strategy team.

This individual will be responsible for managing distinct strategic projects across the Ekuseni Strategy alongside a strategy manager or financial manager in the TMO, who will act as a business partner on the projects and support with escalations and project-specific expertise. The candidate must be exceptional at unpacking and tracking complex projects involving multiple teams. They need to be capable of understanding the finer detail of a large project without losing sight of the big picture and ultimate objectives.
The role requires an individual who is able to proactively engage colleagues from all divisions and across all levels of seniority, someone who prides themselves on delivering excellent results at speed. They will need to effectively use their choice of project management software or tool to drive delivery and continuously track and report progress.
