Due to growth ADP (a Lycopodium business) is seeking a Project Administrator to provide professional administrative support to projects as directed by the Project Services Manager, consistently working to produce quality deliverables in a conscientious and professional manner.
The Tasks You'll Perform
- Provide administrative support such as data capturing, general record-keeping, and document control
- Prepare and submit required reports to Project Teams, Finance and Management on the agreed schedule/timeline and in the required format
- Provide site support services to project teams
- Implement, initiate and maintain project cost control processes and procedures, including live cost reporting
- High School Graduate
- 3+ years proven experience in a similar role
- Relevant Tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Cape Town based
- South African citizen or Permanent Resident
- Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision whilst consistently producing a high quality of deliverables, within budget and schedule constraints
- Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft suite of software packages, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors and co-workers
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English
- Proven ability to produce accurate and professional complex, technical documentation
- Proven ability to produce sound finance, project and technical reports
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a team and knowledge sharing environment
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a practical approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple and varied tasks while ensuring attention to detail
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment
- Demonstrate a strict practice of confidentiality, personal responsibility and discretion
- Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development and improvement
