The Project Management Office at DigiOutsource is responsible for providing the requirements and processes needed for our Technology Department to deliver world-class software required to run global online B2C gaming operations. This includes systems for Customer Service, Marketing, Website development, Live event processing, Risk management and Banking platforms. Our dynamic environment is fast paced, using Agile and self-organising principles for our teams to deliver the highest quality new products.
Purpose Of The Role
Our Tech Core is looking for a focused, self-motivated and dynamic Project Administrator to join their Project Office. Our ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reporting to the Project Manager Team Lead, working together with Project Managers, Project Stakeholders, Users, Customers and Technology Teams to deliver high quality software products.
As part of the Project Management Team the Project Administrator is responsible for accomplishing the project objectives of new product development in the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements.
Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- The maintenance of Project Management documentation, processes, templates etc
- Assisting the Lead with process and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting project managers with their projects during high work volume periods
- Standing in for project managers during periods of absence
- Managing small/simple projects using the project management process
- Owning the Project Approval process
- Assisting the Lead with the organisation of team events, occasions etc.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years previous experience working in the software development industry
- Proven experience in a role with project management aspects to it e.g. leadership, organisation, reporting, delivery, requirements, coordination, deadlines etc.
- BSc. or BA. degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer
- Project Management Certification.
- Project administration experience.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC, SCRUM, and Agile methodologies
- Basic knowledge of project management tools e.g. MS Project, Jira etc
