Project Administrator

Responsibilities
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
  • Liaise with company stakeholders and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Project/program tracking and highlighting Risks and mitigation plan.
  • Track project timelines
  • Retrieve necessary information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
  • Ensuring company needs are met as the project/program evolves.
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact and handle issues that arise.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, milestones, and reports.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience as a project administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related degree essential (must have completed your degree and have your certificate)
  • Advantageous to have worked within an IT project environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and reports to showcase milestones achieved and manage variance and escalations.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills along with good communication.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Agile methodology experience and knowledge will be a plus.
  • Must be able to work across departments and be integrally involved in the integration of interdepartmental projects.
