- Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
- Liaise with company stakeholders and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Project/program tracking and highlighting Risks and mitigation plan.
- Track project timelines
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
- Ensuring company needs are met as the project/program evolves.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact and handle issues that arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, milestones, and reports.
- 3+ years experience as a project administrator
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related degree essential (must have completed your degree and have your certificate)
- Advantageous to have worked within an IT project environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and reports to showcase milestones achieved and manage variance and escalations.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills along with good communication.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Agile methodology experience and knowledge will be a plus.
- Must be able to work across departments and be integrally involved in the integration of interdepartmental projects.
