JOB SPECIFICATION
- Manage project scheduling by tracking timelines.
- Oversee and direct the Mine Projects,
- Monitoring Projects from conception to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite to monitor compliance and safety regulations.
- Ensure that Health and Safety Acts as well as OSHACT are adhered to on Site.
- Coordinate and direct site workers and subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Review the work progress on daily basis and Process Incoming/Outgoing Documentation.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure quality standards and the use of proper techniques (QA/ QC)
- Keeping Track of Material on site
- Cost Management Create and maintain project specific file transfer protocol sites for PMO office.
- Support Project Services including Project Controls and Reporting, Estimating, Planning, Document Control, Project Administration, and other support functions.
- Implement efficient work-flow process, monitor daily activity, implement modifications.
- Organize and Schedule all Meetings for entire Project Team.
- Optimize Document Control productivity, efficiency, and service quality. etc
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA Degree, or Project Management Diploma or Operations Management Diploma
- Three (3) years experience in the relevant field
- Microsoft System Programs.
