Job requirements:
- We seek applicants that are motivated, design-driven and detail orientated to join our small dynamic team.
- The applicant will be a self-starter capable of leading and handling the responsibilities of working on a number of projects of various sizes that will include high-end single residential dwellings, commercial and apartment developments.
- Only those that are passionate about architecture and who are able to demonstrate their interior design flair need apply.
- A proficiency in: AutoCad, Revit, Sketch-up or equivalent
- Competent contract administration skills
- Advanced technical detailing and documentation competence
- Advanced presentation skills would be advantageous
- Salary offered commensurate with experience, candidate should be well presented, well spoken, hardworking and have a proactive attitude.
