Job Description
We are looking for a team-oriented Business Analyst/Project Manager to join a new software venture with the excitement of a start-up and the backing of an established company. Our mission is to provide technology-based solutions that enable our clients to sell prepaid tokens (Airtime, data, electricity, vouchers etc).
The Business Analyst/Project
The manager role is a highly customer-focused position that will be committed to partnering with customers to complete software implementations. Our emphasis is on creation, creativity, accountability, and innovation.
The role works with people inside and outside the organisation to define and document requirements in briefs, to drive the creation and acceptance of the subsequent cost estimate, and then to manage the implementation of that brief.
Primary Responsibilities
The Business Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of projects that will enable our customers to integrate and sell our products.
(Pinned/Pinless vouchers, Electricity vouchers Gaming vouchers etc):
Gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements (understand what product the customer wants to integrate, test, and comply with)
They will coordinate and facilitate all activity within the organization to ensure successful delivery of their projects (Typically involving an API integration to allow the customers to sell our prepaid products).
The Business Analyst/Project Manager will communicate the results to other leaders working closely with the technical team.
This position will act as a liaison, facilitator, and consultant to customers and the team.
Translates current state into business requirements.
Leads a delivery team (which could be in or outsourced) and clients through the implementation process.
Produce clear, concise, written requirements.
Serve as subject matter expert (Prepaid Tokens) when it comes to Engineering and technical solutions.
Test the solution implemented by the customer to comply with the compliance.
Strong business analysis skills, a background in business analysis is required.
Ability to facilitate and coordinate meetings in an effective manner.
Ability to lead several projects at once that have a common strategic goal.
Flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if needed.

Qualifications
PMI PMP/PRINCE Certified (preferred)
Expert knowledge in PPT, MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Visio
QA experience is a plus
Sales Support Experience a plus
