We have career opportunities for Construction Project Managers in our Tshwane and Cape Town offices, forming part of our Project Delivery Unit.

Role Responsibilities
  • Single point of support to project manager (executive), attending to all related PMBOK project management functional areas
  • Work directly with senior project executives and ensure project continuity
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
  • Project commercial management
  • Support with cost, deliverable and schedule management
  • Project people leadership
  • Support in winning new work orders through tendering and building internal networks
Role Requirements
  • Bachelor in engineering or other technical qualification
  • Minimum 5-7 years post-qualification experience
  • Qualification in project management
  • Eligibility to register with ECSA / SACPMC or PMI

  • Passionate about project and construction project management as a primary career choice
  • Able to navigate uncertainty and conflict resolution
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes

  • Strong project integration experience.
